Defined scope
Agree whether the work is a desktop or extended technical review and whether further verification or inspection is included.
A valuation report review helps an intended user understand whether the purpose, scope, evidence, methodology, assumptions, calculations and conclusion are internally consistent and appropriately explained. We define the review type, depth and criteria before starting, then document findings and limitations separately from the original valuation report.
Established in 2017, Taqdeer's team brings more than 25 years of combined experience across valuation, real estate and industrial sectors. Each engagement starts by defining the intended users, purpose, review type, available materials and limits of the conclusion.

No. A review examines an existing report within a defined scope and does not automatically produce a new opinion of value. If the client requires an independent value, a separate valuation engagement is agreed after acceptance and independence checks.
Yes, where the asset type falls within the team's competence and licensed branch, no conflict exists, and sufficient information is available. The engagement states whether communication with the original valuer is permitted.
Not every review needs an inspection. It may be desktop-based or include field verification where necessary for its purpose. This is agreed in advance, and any effect of not inspecting is stated as a limitation.
The review identifies the issue and its potential effect and may seek clarification or correction within scope. It does not replace the conclusion with a new number unless the engagement permits an appropriate quantitative review conclusion or a separate independent valuation.
Documents are handled under the engagement terms, applicable confidentiality requirements and relevant policies, and used only for the stated purpose and parties. The client should identify any additional restrictions before transmitting information.
Tell us the asset type, review purpose and report size without placing confidential material in the initial form. We will explain secure transfer requirements and the proposed scope.
